Dolphin was a female SeaWing who was mentioned in The Hybrid Prince. She was the queen of the SeaWings over three thousand years ago.

Dolphin was mentioned in a Memory Room scene. When Darkling and Sorrel informed Queen Euphoria and Queen Magnolia that Bloodshed and Precipice discovered Harmony and went to warn their queens, they discussed what to do in response. Sorrel expressed worry that Queen Retribution might try to kill Magnolia, but Magnolia suggested bringing Queen Hibiscus and Queen Dolphin as witnesses, saying they did not want to start a war either. Magnolia sent Sorrel to the Kingdom of the Sea to see if they could get her on their side.

Later, in the present, Sora showed Umber a record of the early days of the Dungeon Isle. She told him that Queen Summit and Queen Retribution were in charge of the trial, and Queen Hibiscus, Queen Icicle, and Queen Dolphin were three of the five other queens who signed the sentencing document. Umber questioned if that meant that Dolphin willingly sent some of her own dragons to the Dungeon Isle, since the first prisoners of the Isle included SeaWings.
