Icicle was a female IceWing who was mentioned in The Hybrid Prince. She was the queen of the IceWings over three thousand years ago.
Biography
The Forgotten Isles Prophecy
Sora showed Umber a record of the early days of the Dungeon Isle. She told him that Queen Summit and Queen Retribution were in charge of the trial against the BeetleWings and LeafWings, and Queen Hibiscus, Queen Dolphin, and Queen Icicle were three of the five other queens that signed the sentencing document.
