Aurora is a female IceWing-SkyWing hybrid who was introduced in The Hybrid Prince. She is a singer and performs Northern Lights concerts in the Court of Refuge.

The Forgotten Isles Prophecy
When Umber and Sora first arrived at the Court of Refuge, Aurora was seen on a poster for an upcoming Northern Lights concert. Umber noticed Sora narrowing her eyes at one of them, making him worry that seeing any IceWings, even a hybrid, would make her upset.
Aurora later appeared when Umber attended a Northern Lights concert with Sora, Quokka, and Paua. Aurora flew down onto the stage and sang one of her songs. After Platypus took Umber to Aurora's room to escape from Taipan, Royal, and Dugong, Aurora stormed in, upset that Platypus released notes at the concert as a protest. The two argued over how to make change, Aurora believing that her songs empowered others, but Platypus thinking that they were too vague and did not do enough. The conversation is cut short as they all realized someone, who ended up being her brother Borealis, had been listening to their conversation.
