Permafrost is an adult male IceWing and the uncle of Snowfall, Crystal, and Mink. He was mentioned briefly when Snowfall was organizing circle rankings.
Personality
Permafrost has a smarmy and somewhat egotistical personality. He has been shown to believe that his opinion was more important than others, even the queen's.[citation needed]
Biography
The Lost Continent Prophecy
Permafrost was mentioned to have moved down a rank for pointing out that SeaWings might have invaded the Ice Kingdom by the north to Snowfall.
He was later seen with Tundra and made Mink the temporary queen while Snowfall was in Sanctuary. He was then seen keeping himself scarce from Snowfall because he doesn't want to move farther down on the wall.
