Eel
Eel was an adult male SeaWing prince who was introduced in Darkstalker. He was one of the nine dragons who were killed by Albatross during the Royal SeaWing Massacre and was the uncle of Fathom and Pearl and the brother of Manta.

Eel was indirectly mentioned as one of the nine victims that Albatross claimed when the Royal SeaWing Massacre happened.

Eel was seen briefly, laughing, talking, and enjoying himself with the rest of his family at the party just before the massacre occurred.
