Changbai is an IceWing dragonet of unknown gender who was introduced in Moon Rising. They are currently attending Jade Mountain Academy as a member of the Silver Winglet.

Biography
The Jade Mountain Prophecy
At the assembly, Changbai was one of the IceWings surrounding Winter and Icicle to form a sort of barricade between them and the other dragons.
Alba, Changbai, and Ermine attacked Darkstalker as he introduced himself to several dragons at Jade Mountain Academy.
Changbai was sitting far from Winter. When Darkstalker was brought up, Changbai quickly mentioned he was not like the dragon from old stories, as he did not immediately start murdering everyone.
The Lost Continent Prophecy
Changbai was indirectly mentioned when Queen Snowfall hoped that the IceWing students at Jade Mountain Academy would want to come back with stories of how horrible it was.

Trivia
- In the audiobook, Changbai was given a male voice. It is unknown whether that was at Tui's suggestion or the narrator's decision.
