Cerulean is a male SeaWing dragonet and prince. He is one of thirty-two sons of Gill and Coral, hatchmate to Turtle, Fin, and Octopus, and currently resides in the Deep Palace with his brothers.

Biography

The Dragonet Prophecy

He is indirectly mentioned when Anemone says she has brothers she can't play with, because they play too rough.

The Jade Mountain Prophecy

Although he was not mentioned by name, Prince Cerulean was included when Turtle told Tsunami that she had thirty-two brothers.

Cerulean appeared in the prologue with Octopus and Turtle when Gill came looking for help finding Snapper. He was also at the Talons of Power ceremony being tested. Turtle was not there, having intentionally sickened himself with rotten shrimp.

Turtle often thinks of them throughout the book, and how much he missed them during his "exile", during which all of his brothers ignored him because he "failed" King Gill. Cerulean and Octopus teased Turtle about being slow, causing Turtle to enchant an armband of seaweed to make himself faster.
