Eel was an adult male SeaWing prince who was introduced in Darkstalker. He was one of the nine dragons who were killed by his father, Albatross during the Royal SeaWing Massacre. He was the uncle of Fathom and Pearl and the brother of Manta.

Eel was indirectly mentioned in a scroll named The Animus Histories, which talked about the Royal SeaWing Massacre.
Eel was indirectly mentioned as one of the nine victims that Albatross claimed during the Royal SeaWing Massacre.
Legends
Eel was seen briefly, laughing, talking, and enjoying himself with the rest of his family at the party just before the massacre occurred.
