Reef
Reef was an adult male SeaWing and a member of the SeaWing royal family as the husband of Manta. He was the father of Fathom and Pearl and was killed by Albatross in the Royal SeaWing Massacre.

The Jade Mountain Prophecy
Although not by name, Prince Reef was mentioned indirectly in The Animus Histories (a scroll that Moonwatcher read to find more about dreamvisitors) as one of the dragons killed by Albatross in the Royal SeaWing Massacre.
Though not by name, Reef was mentioned as one of the victims Albatross claimed when the Royal SeaWing Massacre happened.
Legends
Reef appeared at the Island Palace party, along with the rest of his family, smiling and eating from the buffets. Shortly after Albatross began his attack, Manta and Reef were killed together as a sacrifice, pleading for Fathom's life to be spared.
