Manta was an adult female SeaWing and the daughter of Albatross, making her Lagoon's niece. She was killed in the Royal SeaWing Massacre.
Personality
Not much is known about Manta's personality, but she was shown to be open-minded and welcoming when she complimented Indigo on a necklace borrowed from Pearl. Before her death, she expressed kindness towards Indigo and Fathom, comforting her son at the party by pointing out his favorite foods were on display. She didn't appear to discriminate Indigo for her low-born status or lack of royal heritage and welcomed her as if she were part of the family. She seemed to care about her son Fathom very much, unlike some royalty, which is proven when she begged Albatross to let him live with her husband Reef, despite the risk (they were both killed). This suggests that she is selfless, putting others before her. When Albatross snapped, Manta went after him to try to calm him down, suggesting she is a kind and supportive dragon.

Although not mentioned by name, Princess Manta was one of the dragons who was killed by Albatross during the Royal SeaWing Massacre, which was referred to in the scroll The Animus Histories, read by Moonwatcher.

Legends
Manta was one of the many SeaWings who attended a party hosted in honor of two SkyWing delegates sent to end a border dispute. She and her husband, Reef, were killed shortly after Albatross started the massacre whilst begging for Fathom to live.
