Eel
Eel was an adult male SeaWing prince who was introduced in Darkstalker. He was one of the nine dragons who were killed by Albatross at the Royal SeaWing Massacre and was the uncle of Fathom.

Eel was indirectly mentioned in a scroll named The Animus Histories, which talked about the Royal SeaWing Massacre.
Though not by name, Eel was mentioned as one of the victims Albatross claimed when the Royal SeaWing Massacre happened.
Legends
Eel was seen briefly, laughing, talking, and enjoying himself with the rest of his family at the party just before the massacre occurred.
