Biography
The Dragonet Prophecy
Urchin was the first SeaWing to see Kestrel's dead body, which was just a few islands away from the Summer Palace. He told [[Moray] about this, who then informed Queen Coral.
Afterward, Urchin sat in the SeaWing Council as Queen Coral's messenger, despite him not being a Council member.
The small SeaWing then arrived at the scene when Webs returned to the Summer Palace and reported to Coral that Commander Piranha had captured a suspicious dragon, possibly one working with Webs. This dragon turned out to be Riptide.
