Biography

Urchin is the first SeaWing that saw Kestrel's dead body, which was just a few islands away from the Summer Palace. He tells Princess Moray about this, and Moray then indirectly informs Queen Coral.

The small SeaWing then arrives at the scene when Webs returns to the Summer Palace and reports to Coral that Commander Piranha has captured a suspicious dragon possibly working with Webs. This dragon turns out to be Riptide.
