The Lost Continent Prophecy
Permafrost was mentioned to have moved down a rank for pointing out that SeaWings might have invaded the Ice Kingdom by the north to Snowfall.
He was later seen with Tundra and made Mink the temporary queen while Snowfall was in Sanctuary. He was then seen keeping himself scarce from Snowfall because he doesn't want to move farther down on the wall.
