Octopus is a male SeaWing dragonet prince who was introduced in the prologue of Talons of Power. He is one of the thirty-two sons of Queen Coral and King Gill, and the hatchmate to Turtle and Cerulean. He currently resides within the Deep Palace with his brothers.
