Template:Charbox Princess Manta was a female, royal SeaWing, and the mother of Prince Fathom and Queen Pearl. She was married to Reef in Darkstalker's time. She was Queen Lagoon's niece, and technically in line for the throne. She was friends with Indigo's mother. She was also pleased with being near Indigo and cared enough for her to do whatever she can to make her fit in since she was very close friends with Indigo's mother before she died. Manta, like most of her family, was killed in The Royal SeaWing Massacre by her father, Albatross.
Biography
Manta attends the party in which two SkyWings, Princess Sunset and Eagle, visit the Island Palace. She proves she doesn't think lowly of non-royal families by complimenting Indigo on how she looked with a pearl necklace on. She comforts her son, Fathom, at the party, by saying that all of his favorite foods have been prepared. When Queen Lagoon says that Albatross's next enchantment should be something that destroys all dragons that could be a threat towards her, Manta stiffens and turns pale while Reef comforts her gently.
She and Reef were both killed during the massacre, begging for Fathom's life in the Island Palace gardens.
