Personality
Kelp seemed more reluctant to give Tsunami the keys to free Clay, showing she may have been more loyal to Queen Coral than the rest of the guards.
Biography
The Dragonet Prophecy
Kelp was one of the four SeaWing guards on duty when Clay was chained to the floor of the Summer Palace. The other guards were Snail, Flounder, and Herring. Tsunami eventually convinced them to free Clay, since they'd be disobeying orders if they knowingly allowed the dragonets of destiny to drown while in the care of Queen Coral's guards.
Trivia
- She was shown guarding the dragonets' cave along with Snail, Herring, and Flounder in The Lost Heir. However, Kelp and Flounder don't appear in the graphic novel adaption.
