Ermine was never mentioned by name in Moon Rising, Winter Turning, or Escaping Peril; however, they appeared in Talons of Power and might be featured in some of the upcoming books as well.
History
Moon mentioned a large group of IceWings surrounding Winter and Icicle, when searching Icicle's mind, of which Ermine was presumably a part of.
Ermine was shown in the library with two other IceWings: Changbai, and Alba.
