Eel was an adult male SeaWing prince who was introduced in Darkstalker. He was one of the nine dragons who were killed by Albatross during the Royal SeaWing Massacre and was the uncle of Fathom and Pearl (L1) and the brother of Manta.

Eel was indirectly mentioned in a scroll named The Animus Histories, which talked about the Royal SeaWing Massacre.
