Earlier in the book, Clearsight mentioned that Eclipse might need the mind-blocking bracelet, and also described her to be female<ref>''Darkstalker (Legends)'', page 145</ref>. Darkstalker thought about naming her [[Shadowhunter]]; however, it turned out to be one of her older sister's names. She may have needed the bracelet because she had no powers, or because many, or one, of her siblings, could read minds and she could not.
