Cerulean is a male SeaWing dragonet who was introduced in Talons of Power. He is a prince and is one of thirty-two sons of Gill and Coral, Turtle and Octopus bring his hatchmates. He currently resides in the Deep Palace with his brothers.
Biography
The Dragonet Prophecy
He is indirectly mentioned when Anemone says she has brothers she can't play with because they play too rough.
The Jade Mountain Prophecy
Cerulean was indirectly mentioned when Turtle told Tsunami that she had thirty-two brothers.
Cerulean appeared in the prologue with Octopus and Turtle when Gill came looking for help finding Snapper. He was also at the Talons of Power ceremony being tested. Turtle was not there, having sickened himself intentionally with rotten shrimp.
Throughout the book, Turtle often thinks of them and how much he missed them during his "exile," during which all of his brothers ignored him because he "failed" Gill. Cerulean and Octopus teased Turtle about being slow, causing Turtle to enchant an armband of seaweed to make himself faster.
Coral indirectly mentions him in the letter she sent to Turtle in the epilogue, saying how Turtle's brothers believed that he played a prank on them the last time he was at the palace. She warns him to check his bed for lobsters the next time he visits, indicating that Turtle's brothers will try to get back at him.
