During the epilogue of The Lost Heir, Blister revealed that she had tricked the soldiers living in her hideout into believing they were each exclusive elites who reported to her in secret, allowing her to know everything about her soldiers and the SeaWings. They reported even slight acts or talks against Blister, and she would then swiftly kill the traitor.
After the war ended, the hideout was probably abandoned.
History
After the attack on the Summer Palace, Blister retreated to her hideout to plan her next move. She took her anger out by destroying the nearby scavenger den.
