The Bay of a Thousand Scales is a graceful spiral of islands. It makes up the "tail" of Pyrrhia. It is also known as the Sea Kingdom. The Summer Palace of the Sea is located near the center of the bay. Riptide meets the dragonets at the Bay of a Thousand Scales.
