Template:CharboxKelp is a SeaWing guard of unknown gender serving under the current SeaWing queen, Queen Coral. Kelp appears briefly in The Lost Heir, where they are seen guarding Clay, Sunny, Starflight, and Glory outside their cave, with the keys, along with three other guards.
Personality
Kelp seemed more reluctant to give Tsunami the keys to free Clay, showing they may have been more loyal to Queen Coral than the rest of the guards while seeming very protective.
Biography
Kelp was one of the four SeaWing guards on duty when Clay was chained to the floor of the Summer Palace. The other guards were Snail, Flounder, and Herring. Tsunami eventually convinced them to free Clay, since they'd be disobeying orders if they knowingly allowed the Dragonets of Destiny to drown while in the care of Queen Coral's guards.
Trivia
- Kelp is a large, green, or brown type of seaweed and the base of unique kelp-forest ecosystems.
- They were shown guarding the dragonets' cave along with Snail, Herring, and Flounder in The Lost Heir. However, Kelp and Flounder don't appear in the graphic novel adaption.
