Eel was an adult male SeaWing prince who appeared in Darkstalker (Legends). He was one of the nine dragons killed by Albatross during the Royal SeaWing Massacre, and was the uncle of Fathom.
Biography
The Jade Mountain Prophecy
Prince Eel was briefly mentioned (although not by name) in a scroll called The Animus Histories which talked about the Royal SeaWing Massacre.

Prince Eel was seen briefly, laughing, talking, and enjoying himself with the rest of his family at the party just before the massacre occurred.
