Changbai is an IceWing dragonet of unknown gender. They are currently attending Jade Mountain Academy as a member of the Silver Winglet.
Personality
Changbai is haughty-looking.[1]
Biography
The Jade Mountain Prophecy
Fatespeaker pointed out a large group of IceWings to Moonwatcher and asked her whether she wanted to meet them; Changbai was most likely among them. At the assembly, Winter and Icicle were surrounded by four other IceWings, forming a sort of barricade between them and the other dragons. Changbai was likely among them.
Alba, Changbai, and Ermine attacked Darkstalker as he introduced himself to several dragons at Jade Mountain Academy.
Changbai was shown sitting far away from Winter. When Darkstalker was brought up, Changbai quickly mentioned he was not like the dragon from old stories, as he did not immediately start murdering everyone.
