Blister's Hideout was located in the Bay of a Thousand Scales, as mentioned in The Dark Secret and Assassin. This was where Princess Blister resided, along with her soldiers. Her hideout location is not shown on any map of Pyrrhia.
Blister revealed that she had tricked her soldiers into thinking they were each exclusive elites who reported to her in secret, allowing her to know everything about her soldiers and the SeaWings. They reported even slight acts or talks against Blister, and she would then swiftly kill the traitor.
After the war ended, the hideout was most likely abandoned.
History
After the attack on the Summer Palace, Blister retreated to her hideout to plan her next move. She took out her anger out by destroying the nearby scavenger den.
