Cerulean is a male SeaWing dragonet prince who was introduced in the prologue of Talons of Power. He is one of the thirty-two sons of Queen Coral and King Gill, and hatchmate to Turtle and Octopus. He currently resides in the Deep Palace with his brothers.

Cerulean was in the prologue along with Octopus and Turtle when their father, Gill, came looking for their help in finding Snapper. He was also at the Talons of Power ceremony being tested. Turtle was not there, having sickened himself intentionally with rotten food. Turtle often thought about his brothers and how much he missed them during his "exile," during which all of his brothers ignored him because he "failed" Gill. Cerulean and Octopus teased Turtle about being slow, causing Turtle to enchant an armband of purple kelp to make himself faster. |
