Throughout the book, Turtle often thinks about him and Cerulean, specifically how he enchanted a piece of kelp in order to be faster than them in races and how his brothers exiled him for a month after the incident involving [[Snapper]].

Octopus is a male SeaWing dragonet prince who was introduced in the prologue of Talons of Power. He is one of the thirty-two sons of Queen Coral and King Gill, and the hatchmate to Turtle and Cerulean. He currently resides in the Deep Palace with his brothers.

The Dragonet Prophecy

The Lost Heir
Octopus was indirectly mentioned when Anemone told Tsunami that she had lots of brothers, but she could not play with them because Coral believed they play too rough.

The Jade Mountain Prophecy

Octopus was indirectly mentioned when Turtle told Tsunami that she had thirty-two brothers.
