Lagoon is an adult female SeaWing who was introduced in The Lost Heir. She is a member of the SeaWing Council and is in charge of preparing food for the council meetings. Her official Council title is Aquaculture.

Biography
The Dragonet Prophecy
After the dragonets were imprisoned, Queen Coral told Lagoon to make sure they were well fed. However, Lagoon neglected them, and only fed them tiny crabs and other small breakfast leftovers from the feasts that were served during the council meetings. When Tsunami visited the dragonets, she found out that they were not given enough food, and that Clay had been chained up and forced to wait out the storm, where Clay would have most likely died.
