Addax
Template:Infobox CharacterAddax is a SandWing and a former member of the Outclaws and Burn's army. He always called his commanders by "sir", which Six-Claws refers to as 'military habits'. As the The Brightest Night describes, he has a long scar across one of his eyes that had also torn up part of his nose.
Biography
Sunny recalled seeing him at Queen Scarlet's Palace behind Burn when she was in the Scarlet's cage. He did not have a scar at that time, though. This is why Sunny didn't recognize him at first.
Addax first appears in front of Six-Claws when he was escorting Sunny to Thorn, and he questioned who she was. Six-Claws dismissed him, and he watches them until they are out of view.
He later used Ostrich, Six-Claws' daughter, as a hostage, in exchange for Sunny. Addax wanted to give Sunny to Burn so she would allow him to return to her army and his family. Seeing this, Sunny agrees, but Six-Claws was reluctant.
After they arrive at Burn's Stronghold, Burn is out looking for "a certain quintet of dragonets", but Smolder, her brother, was present. Addax told him that he wanted his reward for capturing Sunny, but Smolder told him to wait in the barracks until Burn returned.
When Sunny's mother, Thorn, comes to rescue her, she desired to get revenge on Addax, but Sunny defended him and said he had his reasons and that it wasn't worth it.
