Whirlpool

 

Whirlpool was a SeaWing and a scribe for Queen Coral. He wanted to marry Anemone to become king. Because of this, he wanted to murder Tsunami, since they highly disliked each other. He (maybe) died in an electric eel moat with the help of Anemone. Queen Coral was very fond of him and often gloated about him to everyone.
