Tsetse
Tsetse is an adult female HiveWing mentioned in The Hive Queen. She is one of the sisters of Queen Wasp, and the former ruler of Tsetse Hive. She is currently a prisoner in the flamesilk factory with her sisters.

She was noted to have a place in her Hive for elderly dragons that can't be mind-controlled.
Tsetse was indirectly mentioned when Luna mentioned that Wasp and the rest of her sisters were prisoners in the flamesilk caverns.
