Snapper

Snapper is a character of unknown gender or tribe mentioned by Prince Turtle in Talons of Power. Although it is also currently unknown if they are even a dragon or are actually just a named scavenger or pet, they are apparently a main component in Turtle's backstory, which may or may not be elaborated later in the book, and are part of the reason why Turtle gave up on his dreams of being a hero and a writer.

Trivia

• Due to their name, it is speculated that they are a SeaWing.
• They may have had something to do with Orca's Statue and Queen Coral's heirs being killed before Princess Tsunami figured out that the statue was killing the princesses, since Turtle said that since "he'd failed to find Snapper", he'd also failed to "save his unhatched sisters".
• It is possible Snapper was named after a Snapping turtle.
