Template:Infobox Orca was the firstborn daughter of Queen Coral and Gill; thus the oldest sister of Tsunami, Anemone, Auklet, and all the rest of the eggs she destroyed. She challenged her mother for the throne at the early age of seven because she was secretly an animus and thought she would succeed. She was killed with a narwal horn fixed to the tip of Coral's tail in that challenge, but not before almost killing the queen. Queen Coral, though, is very fond of her.

Before the challenge, she enchanted the statue of herself that she dedicated to the Royal Hatchery to kill off any of the heirs when no one was in the room for the reason that she assumed that she would win the challenge, preventing any female dragonets from being born that would try and take her spot as queen of the SeaWings. Tsunami then later destroyed the statue at great sacrifice.

Queen Coral still loved and missed Orca, despite the fact that she nearly killed her. According the the words of Queen Coral, Orca was a talented sculptor. The queen also wrote a book based on her titled "The Tragedy of Orca". The scroll was recited in Whirlpool and Tsunami's first Aquatic lesson in The Lost Heir.
