Mud Kingdom
The Mud Kingdom is the home of the MudWings, in southeastern Pyrrhia.
Geography
The Mud Kingdom is in southeast Pyrrhia. It was visited in Books 1 and 3. Clay finds his family in a MudWing town near the Diamond Spray Delta. His mother, Cattail, is part of a troop that only has four members left. Clay's siblings, Reed, Pheasant, Umber, Marsh, Sora, and Crane (deceased) live in the village too. Queen Moorhen's castle is next to a large lake at the southern edge of the Mud Kingdom. Glory and the dragonets (along with Webs) travel along the outskirts of MudWing territory to get to the Rainforest Kingdom. At least two scavenger dens are known to be in the MudWing kingdom.
Clay meets his mother, Cattail, along with his siblings Reed, Pheasant, Umber, and Sora along with Glory in the Mud Kingdom. MudWings find pleasure in climates of large marshy areas, and dragons of the Mud Kingdom live in huts made of mud with holes in them to enter and exit. Glory and the dragonets walk along the outskirts of the Mud Kingdom to get to the rainforest. Starflight says Queen Moorhen's palace is near a large lake and only a days flight away. They also find dead MudWings, killed by the NightWings .
