Monarch (TLC)
Monarch was the last queen of the SilkWings and ruled about fifty years prior during the Tree Wars. She gave up her position and allowed her tribe to be ruled by the HiveWings because she believed the Book of Clearsight said it must be so.
Personality
Based on her actions, Monarch appeared to be a docile queen as she stepped down peacefully to Queen Wasp's rule. She is either naïve, believing Wasp's claim without any suspicion, or possibly selfless as she stepped down knowing that Wasp's armies could destroy the SilkWings.
