Lagoon (TLH)

Template:Infobox Lagoon is a plump, turquoise Seawing introduced in The Lost Heir. She is part of Queen Coral's Council, in charge of preparing the food.  She was told to make sure that the dragonets had ample meals. She lied to Queen Coral that they were well-fed , possibly obeying Shark's orders. However, she may have been given covert instructions not to feed them well. She was thrown in the dungeon with Shark. Tsunami was sure that it would've not been very long until they were released to resume their duties.
