Jaguar was a female human who was mentioned in The Flames of Hope. She was the empress of the Jaguar Empire and lived prior to the events of the Scorching.

Jaguar was mentioned in a conversation with Cottonmouth and his group, about how the Diamond Army was stuck at a river border with Empress Jaguar and therefore could not expand.
