"Sit with me, boy. Apparently we have a visitor with a story worth hearing."
— The Invincible Lord to Undauntable, Dragonslayer

Template:Charbox The Invincible Lord is a scavenger who is the ruler of the Indestructible City and the father of Undauntable.

Appearance

The Invincible Lord was described as "looking perfect, as always, each dark hair combed into a thick royal mane, rings on every long thin finger, ruby-red robes without a wrinkle in sight." He was also mentioned to have cold, predatory eyes.

Personality

He is shown to be greedy, as he wanted Heath the Dragonslayer, later Wren, to work for him so he could build more Indestructible Cities and conquer the continent.

Biography

He is mentioned throughout the story, wanting hire (and later kidnap, possibly) the Dragonslayer so that he could protect the city and slay dragons. This leads to the frustration of the Dragonslayer, which over time turns to fear, causing Heath to hire anyone who swears loyalty to him. The Invincible Lord sends a spy, Boar, who becomes a close guard to Heath.

In the epilogue, Boar returns to the Invincible Lord and informs him that Heath was a fraud. He decides to shift his tactics to finding Wren, believing she was able to control dragons. His son, Undauntable, who fell in love with Wren, tries to lie and keep her safe, to which the Invincible Lord responds with, "Stop sniveling. You're lying. You're terrible at it." He stated that one day, he will find and control Wren and conquer the world.
