Template:Infobox CharacterIcicle is an IceWing student from Jade Mountain Academy in the Gold Winglet. She is the niece of Queen Glacier. Queen Scarlet communicated with her using a Dreamvisitor, and convinced her to attack the dragonets of destiny in exchange of her brither Hailstorm's safety.
