Foxglove is a female scavenger appearing in Dragonslayer.
She works as a WingWatcher and is friends with Ivy

Foxglove was described to have her hair shaved into a close dark fuzz around her head. She wears a neat, unwrinkled forest-green uniform. Ivy describes her expression as calm, cool and focused, and unimpressed by the Dragonslayer.[1]
