Flamesilk factory
The Flamesilk Factory is where all the flamesilks kept by Queen Wasp are forced to stay. It is located in Wasp Hive.
Description
The factory is hidden underneath a flamesilk storage area. The ceiling of the cave is a large panel of glass that HiveWing guards in the warehouse above can look through to keep an eye on these dragons. The flamesilks have sleeping areas on ledges along the walls. Admiral commented to Blue that they used to be chained to the cave, but he supposedly got rid of those in four years by writing letters to Queen Wasp. There are regular SilkWings working in the factory, too, who care for the flamesilks and do other work such as cleaning and moving the flamesilk. It is likely that some of these SilkWings are the children of the flamesilks who did not inherit their abilities but were taken anyway.
Schedule
At any given time, at least three of the eight flamesilk SilkWings will be producing flamesilk, even in the middle of the night. They will stand and raise their wrists above a massive cauldron, and their flamesilk will land in the cauldron. After a certain period of time, the shifts will switch.
