The dragonmancers have these 'visions' about when the dragons are coming to Tailsman . Just like the Nightwings; the dragonmancers lied about having these visions.
Biography
The name 'Dragonmancers' was first introduced in the first chapter whenWren was forced and tricked into a 'field trip' which ended up with Wren tied waiting to get eaten.
