Carmine
Carmine was an adult female SkyWing who was mentioned in Darkstalker. She ruled as queen of the SkyWings during the era of Darkstalker.
Biography
Legends
Princess Sunset, Queen Carmine's daughter, and a noble named Eagle, were sent to the Kingdom of the Sea, to negotiate with Queen Lagoon about the shoreline villages on Carmine's behalf. During this diplomatic mission, Sunset was killed by Albatross during the Royal SeaWing Massacre. After the massacre, Queen Pearl promised to gift large sums of gems and seafood over a span of the next five years, and that the SeaWings would never cross onto SkyWing territory again, with amnesty for Sunset's death in exchange. In turn, Queen Carmine was to keep quiet about the massacre.

Carmine's letter to Queen Pearl was featured in the SkyWing chapter of the guide. She expressed her condolences for Pearl's family and gave the new queen advice about her animus dragons.
