Appearance
Cardinal has vibrant red scales with, dark red scales on the top and a Bright orange between his Underside and underbelly, and a light tan underside with yellow gradient wings, and yellow eyes
Biography
When Peril, Scarlet, and Soar visited the Wingery to capture Cliff, he and the other dragonets were discussing how Scarlet's disfigured face looked, and it was mentioned that her face supposedly looked even more gross than when Cardinal drooled in his sleep. Cardinal then promptly told the others to shut up.
