Cadelle
Template:CharboxCadelle is an adult female HiveWing, the grandmother of Cricket, and the mother of Katydid. She is divorced from their father as they grew up in Cicada Hive while Cadelle currently lives in Jewel Hive.
Appearance
She is described as an orange and black HiveWing.
Biography
Cadelle is first shown in Cricket's flashback, disturbing Cricket as she is hiding in a cupboard reading a forbidden book.
Later on, in the book, it's revealed that Cadelle isn't Cricket's mother, but is, in fact, her grandmother who reluctantly took the dragonet in when her real mother, Katydid gave her away. Later on in the story Cadelle runs into Cricket.
Relationships
Katydid is her daughter and doesn't seem particularly motherly to her.
Cricket is her 'adoptive' daughter which is then reveiled that Cricket is actually her granddaughter, she is very disliked by Cadelle probably because she has to deal with her even though Cricket is not her own dragonet.
