Animus magic
Animus dragons are those who have power over physical objects. SeaWings, NightWings, and SandWings have been confirmed to have animuses.
Abilities of an Animus
Animus dragons can do things such as levitating objects, making something grow in a specific way, cursing objects so that whoever touches them will be killed or poisoned, make objects look for someone or something, and even make them talk. A few of the things that Blister mentions that animus can do is making a whole palace cave in and to make a spear look for Burn's heart and not stop until it kills her. Another animus dragon named Albatross built the SeaWing pavilion in the Summer Palace of the Sea by making rocks grow into the desired formation. Another animus, Orca made a statue to kill all the heirs to the SeaWing throne. Animus dragons seem to run in the royal family of the SeaWings, and possibly a long time ago in the SandWing tribe, because the only known public dreamvisitors was from the SandWing treasury. Queen Scarlet used one of these to talk to Glory. Starflight found one in the Night Kingdom.
