Tortoise

Tortoise was a scrawny seaweed green SeaWing and the councilor in charge of dragonet care on Queen Coral's court.
History
While she was guarding the Royal Hatchery, Shark, Queen Coral's brother, offered Tortoise an octopus to eat. Since there was a serious rule against eating in the hatchery because the blood would attract sharks, Tortoise left the room to eat outside. This allowed Orca's enchanted sculpture to destroy one of the eggs.
Queen Coral, on Tsunami's request, arrived with her and Anemone to check on the eggs. When Tortoise saw the queen, she shrieked and dropped her octopus.
Queen Coral violently killed Tortoise as punishment for letting her one of her unhatched daughters die. She ripped out the SeaWing's teeth one by one and then attacked her underbelly. Before her death, Tortoise spotted Shark in the crowd of watching SeaWings and pointed at him, explaining in Aquatic that he had offered her the octopus, her stripes flashing weakly (Tsunami first believed that Tortoise was naming the dragonet's killer as Shark, but her theory was later proved false). Coral smashed the life out of Tortoise onto the rough coral floor outside of the hatchery.
