Rattlesnake is a SandWing mentioned in Moon Rising, he is Qibli's brother along with his sister Sirocco. He used to bully and torment Qibli before he went to join Thorn and the Outclaws. Qibli sometimes thinks or dreams about Rattlesnake and Sirocco doing mean things to him. Moonwatcher had a vision about Qibli fighting Rattlesnake and Sirocco, shouting "Where is she?" Qibli commented to Winter that if his brother was trapped in a SkyWing prison he wouldn't try to save him.
